The relationship between participation of the basic education commission and the academic management of elementary schools in Pathum Thani province

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) ระดับการบริหารวิชาการของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะ กรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกับการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตัวแทนครู และคณะ กรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จานวน 653 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการบริหารวิชาการของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกับการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
This study aimed to study 1) the level of participation of the Basic Education Commission in Pathum Thani Province, 2) the level of academic management of the Basic Education Commission of elementary schools in Pathum Thani Province, and 3) the relationship between participation of the Basic Education Commission and the academic management of elementary schools in Pathum Thani Province.
The sample used in this study was comprised of 653 people including the school administrators, the representative teachers, and the Basic Education Commission in Pathum Thani Province. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The major findings revealed that 1) participation of the Basic Education Commission in Pathum Thani Province was at a high level, 2) on average, the academic management of the Basic Education Commission of elementary schools in Pathum Thani Province was at a medium level, and 3) the relationship between participation of the Basic Education Commission and the academic management of elementary schools in Pathum Thani Province as a whole was at a high level with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
