A study of facility management for energy conservation: the case of prathomsuksa thammasat school

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาธรรมศาสตร์ และ 2) วิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าด้านงบประมาณสาหรับการบริหารอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาธรรมศาสตร์ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาธรรมศาสตร์ ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 95 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามชนิดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาธรรมศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ด้านการควบคุมอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ด้านการประเมินผลการใช้อาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ด้านการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงานด้านการใช้อาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน และ ด้านการจัดสร้างอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ=3.95, σ=0.86) 2) การวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าด้านงบประมาณสาหรับการบริหารอาคารสถานที่เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน คือ งบประมาณการลงทุนติดตั้งระบบเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ เท่ากับ 2,067,546.44 บาท อัตราส่วนผลประโยชน์ต่อต้นทุน เท่ากับ 1.759 เท่า ระยะเวลาคืนทุนแบบคิดลดอยู่ที่ 11.36 ปี และอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในร้อยละ 16.24
Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the facility management for energy conservation in Prathomsuksa Thammasat school, and 2) perform the financial analysis of the facility management for energy conservation in Prathomsuksa Thammasat school. The research population consisted of 95 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel in Prathomsuksa Thammasat school in academic year 2019. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire (reliability = 0.95). The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results revealed that 1) the overall facility management for energy conservation in Prathomsuksa Thammasat school including the facility control for energy conservation, the evaluation of facility used for energy conservation, the facility maintenance for energy conservation, the facility used for energy conservation, and the facility construction for energy conservation was at a high level (μ= 3.95, σ= 0.86). 2) The financial analysis of the facility management for energy conservation pointed out that the net present value (NPV) of solar roof installation was 2,067,546.44 Baht with the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) of 1. 759, the payback period was 11. 36 years, and the internal rate of return (IRR) was 16.24%.
