บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 2) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 281 คน โดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใชในการรวบรวมขอมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีลำดับขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 พบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาได้ดีมี 1 ตัวแปร คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) study the academic administration under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 3) study the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting academic administration under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1.
The research samples consisted of 281 teachers under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 in the Academic Year 2021, derived from the cluster random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistics comprising frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, was overall high level, 2) academic administration under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 overall was at a high level, and 3) regarding the transformational leadership of the school administrators that affected academic administration under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, it was found that the only variable that could well predict the academic administration of the educational institutions was Individualized consideration, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
