บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจการใช้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการเคมีของนักศึกษาภาควิชาเคมี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจการใช้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการเคมีของนักศึกษาภาควิชาเคมี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของภาควิชาเคมี ชั้นปีที่ 1 – 4 ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 73 คน จากสูตรตาราง Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม โดยจะใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่าง ๆได้แก่ 1) เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้รับบริการ จะใช้ความถี่และร้อยละ 2) เกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ จะใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ 3) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ จะใช้สถิติสำหรับประขากรสองกลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระกัน (Independent Sample t-test) และการวิเคราะห์การแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาผู้รับบริการห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 1) มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅= 4.12, S.D. = 0.66 ) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับดีมากเช่นกัน ทั้งด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ ( x̅ = 4.22, S.D. = 0.61) และด้านห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี ( x̅ = 4.01, S.D. = 0.70) และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจ ด้าน เพศ ลักษณะการเข้ารับบริการ ลักษณะกายภาพห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี และความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการ 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ และด้านห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี ไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจ ด้านระดับชั้นปี และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05
Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the satisfaction of users with the service of the chemical laboratory, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and 2) compare the satisfaction of users with the service of the chemical laboratory, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The sample group is 73 Department of Chemistry undergraduate students, degree years 1-4, in the academic year 2023. From the Krejcie and Morgan table formula, the tools used in the research are questionnaires where the statistics were used to analyze various data are 1) regarding general information of service recipients using frequency and percentage, 2) regarding service recipients using the average and standard deviation, and 3) to compare the satisfaction of service recipients using a statistic for two independent population groups (independent sample t-test) and one-way ANOVA.
The research found that the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology students. Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, who receive the service, are 1) overall satisfied with the chemistry laboratory services at a high level ( x̅ = 4.12, S.D. = 0.66) . When considering each aspect, satisfaction at a high level was also obtained on both the Service staff side ( x̅ = 4.22, S.D. = 0.61 ) and the chemical laboratory side ( x̅ = 4.01, S.D. = 0.70 ) and 2) Results of comparing satisfaction in terms of gender, nature of service provision Physical characteristics of the chemistry laboratory and ability to use chemical laboratory equipment had no different in the opinion level on the students satisfaction with the service in two aspects, which was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. And results of comparing satisfaction in terms of Year level and experience with using laboratory equipment had different in the opinion level on the students satisfaction with the service in two aspects, which was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
