บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 285 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวม ข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 ตัวแปร ได้แก่การทำงานเป็นทีม (X1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ (X2) การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (X3) การมีกลยุทธ์ (X4) และการบริหารความเสี่ยง (X5) มี 3 ตัวแปร ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 คือ การทำงานเป็นทีม (X1) การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (X3) และการมีกลยุทธ์ (X4) สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์เป็นคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the innovative leadership of the school administrators, 2) the school effectiveness and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators affecting school effectiveness under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
The samples consisted of 285 teachers under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .98. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings showed that: 1) the innovative leadership of the school administrators under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall at a high level, 2) the school effectiveness was overall at a high level and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators, consisting of 5 variables: teamwork (X1), vision (X2), creativity (X3), strategy (X4), and risk management (X5), has 3 variables that affect the effectiveness of schools under the Office of the Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at a statistical significance level of .01: teamwork (X1), creativity (X3), and strategy (X4). The prediction equation can be created as raw scores as follows:
