บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ ที่แตกต่างกัน ที่มีผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่อาชีพของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านบุคลิกภาพ ที่ส่งผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่อาชีพของนักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 ในมหาวิทยาลัย เทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 367 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสมมติฐานของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระจากกัน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยพหุคูณ เชิงเส้น
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ ได้แก่ อายุ และคณะที่สังกัด ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่อาชีพของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ปัจจัยบุคลิกภาพแบบหวั่นไหว (β = – 0.136) บุคลิกภาพแบบแสดงตัว (β = 0.188) บุคลิกภาพแบบเปิดกว้าง (β = 0.389) และบุคลิกภาพแบบมีสติ (β = 0.235) ส่งผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่อาชีพของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05
Abstract
This independent study aimed: 1) to compare career preparation among fourth year undergraduate students by demographic factors and 2) to explore how the development of personality affects career preparation of fourth year undergraduate students.
This research adopted a quantitative approach. The samples of this study were 367 fourth year undergraduate students enrolled at the Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani province. The data collection was conducted by questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation along with inferential statistics including independent sample t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study were found that the demographic factors of age, and faculty lead to significant differences in career preparation of fourth year undergraduate students at the statistically significant level of .05. The development of personality factors in aspect of neuroticism (β = – 0.136), extraversion (β = 0.188), openness to experience (β = 0.389), and conscientiousness (β = 0.235) all significantly influence the career preparation of fourth year undergraduate student with a statistical significance level of .05.
