บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา 3) สมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพ ภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 285 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) สมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 ตัวแปร ที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพ ภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 คือ การมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ () ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง () และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม () สามารถสร้าง สมการพยากรณ์เป็นคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the core competencies of school administrators, 2) the internal quality assurance operations in school and 3) the core competencies that affect internal quality assurance operations in school under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
The research samples consisted of 285 teachers under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, derived from cluster random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability of .96. The statistical techniques employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) the school administrators’ overall core competencies were at the highest level. 2) The overall internal quality assurance operations in school were at the highest level. 3) In respect of school administrators’ core competencies that affect internal quality assurance operations in school under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the 3 core competency variables that had an impact on educational internal quality assurance operations at the statistical significance level of .05 were achievement motivation (), personal development () and teamwork ().
