บทคัดย่อ

การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเปรียบเทียบการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการเงินของธนาคารเอกชนกับธนาคารรัฐบาล ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) กับธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และการศึกษาสาเหตุ การไม่ยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานแนวคิดที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีการประยุกต์จากทฤษฎีการยอมรับนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี (A Technology acceptance model: TAM) และทฤษฎีการกระทำตามหลักเหตุและผล (The theory of reasoned action: TRA) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์ระบบธุรกรรมการเงินบนสมาร์ทโฟนของธนาคารกรุงเทพและธนาคารกรุงไทยในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยด้วย Independent Samples t-test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวด้วย One-way ANOVA ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ธนาคารเอกชน ปัจจัยด้านบรรทัดฐานของบุคคลที่อยู่โดยรอบการแสดงพฤติกรรม ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการเงินมากที่สุด ธนาคารรัฐบาล ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติส่งผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการเงินมากที่สุด โดยรวมแล้วทั้ง 2 ธนาคาร ปัจจัยด้านบรรทัดฐานของบุคคลที่อยู่โดยรอบการแสดงพฤติกรรม ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการเงินของธนาคารเอกชนกับธนาคารรัฐบาลมากที่สุด

This independent study aimed to study and compare the factors that influenced the acceptance of financial innovations of a private bank and a government bank in the Bangkok area, focusing on Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank, and to investigate the causes of the rejection of the technologies and the barriers to adoption. The study was based on an application of theories on TAM and TRA. The participants in the study were 400 users of financial transaction applications on smartphones provided by Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank in the Bangkok area. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics, including frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, a hypothesis testing analysis of the relationship between variables using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, an analysis of differences with the independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA with significance level of 0.05. The results revealed that in the case of the private bank, subjective norms influenced the users’ acceptance of the bank’s financial innovations most. In the case of the government bank, the users’ acceptance of the bank’s financial innovations were most influenced by attitudes. Overall, subjective norms were the most influential factors that affected the acceptance of the financial innovations of both the private bank and the government bank.
