การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก 2) ระดับสมรรถนะของครู กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะของครู กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก สังกัด กรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสักสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับสมรรถนะของครู กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะของครู กลุ่มเจ้าพระยาป่าสัก สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the level of participative management of school administrators of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group, 2) the competency level of teachers of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group and 3) the relationship between the participative management of school administrators and the teachers’ competency of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group under the Department of Learning Encouragement.
The samples used in the research were 234 government teachers and educational personnel of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group under the Department of Learning Encouragement in the academic year 2024. The instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of .96. The statistics used in this research were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research results were found that: 1) the level of participative management of school administrators of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group under the Department of Learning Encouragement, as a whole, was at a high level, 2) the competency level of teachers of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group under the Department of Learning Encouragement, as a whole, was at a high level and 3) on the whole, a moderate positive correlation was found between the participative management of school administrators and the teachers’ competency of Chao Phraya Pa Sak group under the Department of Learning Encouragement at a statistical significance level of .01.
