บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ
ทางการบัญชี (ERP) งาน เงินทดรองราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ธัญบุรี
(2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี
(ERP) งานเงินทดรองราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี (3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง
การปรับปรุงแก้ไขและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี (ERP) งานเงินทดรองราชการ มหาวิทยาลัย
เทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี
ประชากร คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีที่ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศทาง
การบัญชีเพื่อการวางแผนและพัฒนาองค์กร (ERP) ของหน่วยงานระดับคณะ สำนัก ที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจ
ในการบริหารจัดการด้านเงินทดรองราชการ จำนวน 14 ราย โดยใช้แบบทดสอบ และการสัมภาษณ์
เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการแจกแบบทดสอบเพื่อวัดระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจ
และทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency)
คำนวณค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยอุปนัยที่เป็นการตีความข้อสรุป และ
นำเสนอเป็นแบบบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีที่ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ
ทางการบัญชีเพื่อการวางแผนและพัฒนาองค์กร (ERP) ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.9 รองลงมามีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ
35.7 และมีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับน้อย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.4 ตามลำดับ ส่วนประเด็น
ของปัญหา อุปสรรค ข้อเสนอแนะ แนวทางการแก้ไข และพัฒนานั้นแบบออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย
ด้านบุคลากร ด้านระบบโปรแกรม และด้านสภาพแวดล้อม โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้แสดง
ความคิดเห็นที่มีความเหมือน และความแตกต่าง
สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีเพื่อการวางแผนและพัฒนาองค์กร
(ERP) พบว่า เมื่อทำการสำรวจสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานแล้ว ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะ
แนวทางการพัฒนา ดังนี้ (1) ผู้บริหารส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเป็น
การทบทวน เพิ่มทักษะ และประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน (2) คณะกรรมการจัดทำแบบสำรวจ
ความต้องการใช้งานเพื่อกำหนดขอบเขตการพัฒนาให้ครอบคลุมตามวัตถุประสงค์ (3) เร่งพัฒนาระบบ
โปรแกรม (4) จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานในรูปแบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เผยแพร่บนเว็ปไซต์
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the comprehension of users
who use the enterprise resource planning (ERP) for government borrowing system
of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, 2) study problems of and
suggestions for the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) for government borrowing
system of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and 3) find solutions and
develop the enterprise resource planning (ERP) for government borrowing system of
Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.
The population of the study was 14 authorized finance and accounting
officers who used the enterprise resource planning (ERP) to administer government
borrowing system from different faculties and offices. The research instruments were
test and in-depth interview. The data were collected from the test to examine the
comprehension and followed by in-depth interview. The data were analyzed using
statistic including frequency, percentage, and analytic induction and presented the
findings as the qualitative research.
The results revealed that the comprehension of finance and accounting
officers who used enterprise resource planning (ERP) was at a moderate level, with 42.9
%, whereas the highest and the lowest level were 35.7 % and 21.4 % respectively.
Problems, suggestions and solutions were divided into 3 aspects including personnel,
system and environment, which were expressed both similarly and differently by the
officers.
In terms of guidelines on the development of the enterprise resource
planning, based on the finding, the recommendations include; 1 ) encouraging and
supporting the continuous training program to review, upskill and increase
performance, 2) surveying the demand for using enterprise resource planning (ERP) in
order to determine the scope of improvement to cover the objectives, 3) developing
the enterprise resource planning (ERP), and 4 ) prepare user manuals in electronic
format for publication on the website.
